## Referral Program Rules

-   **Eligibility:** Anyone can refer: past clients, friends, family, coworkers, even random good Samaritans.
-   **Qualifying lease:** The referred renter must sign a lease through Austin Second Chance Apartments. Standard locating, second-chance locating, and Private Home Rentals all qualify.
-   **Attribution:** The referred renter must tell us your name when they first contact us. We log the referral on their first call or form submission.
-   **Reward:** $50 cash, paid by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, check, etc.) after the lease is executed.
-   **No caps:** Refer as many people as you want. Each successful lease pays out.
-   **Timing:** Reward is sent within two weeks of lease execution.
