We've Expanded Second-Chance Locating Across Five Texas Metros

We’re announcing something we’ve been quietly building for over a year: second-chance apartment locating now reaches renters in five major Texas metros. Under our brokerage with Spirit Real Estate Group, the Second Chance Apartment Group network now covers Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Fort Worth.

For Austin renters, nothing changes. We’re still based in 78723 and we still work the Greater Austin metro as our home market for free second chance apartment locating. The expansion adds sister teams in the other Texas cities who use the same playbook — matching renters with bad credit, broken leases, or evictions only to properties known to approve them, with the same 100% free service for renters.

What’s New

The expanded network means we can now help:

• Austin renters relocating to other Texas metros (or vice versa) without restarting their search with a stranger.
• Family or friends of our Austin clients who live in DFW, Houston, or San Antonio.
• Companies relocating multiple employees across Texas who need a consistent, second-chance-friendly locator network.

Each metro team is independent in day-to-day work — Houston knows Houston properties, San Antonio knows San Antonio properties — but we share the same approach, the same training, and the same case-by-case property knowledge.

Why the Expansion

The work is the same in every Texas city. Automated screening systems like SafeRent and Credit Retriever auto-decline thousands of renters every week across the state, often for screening flags that human reviewers would handle differently. The case-by-case properties exist in every metro. The renters need someone who knows them.

We built our Austin practice over 20 years by being the locator who placed the hard files. The Second Chance Apartment Group network extends that to renters in every major Texas city who’ve been told no by automated systems.
