When they tell us you sent them and they sign a lease through us, your referral is logged. Standard or second-chance, both qualify.

Referral Program Rules
- Eligibility: Anyone can refer: past clients, friends, family, coworkers, even random good Samaritans.
- Qualifying lease: The referred renter must sign a lease through Austin Second Chance Apartments. Standard locating, second-chance locating, and Private Home Rentals all qualify.
- Attribution: The referred renter must tell us your name when they first contact us. We log the referral on their first call or form submission.
- Reward: $50 cash, paid by your preferred method (Venmo, Zelle, check, etc.) after the lease is executed.
- No caps: Refer as many people as you want. Each successful lease pays out.
- Timing: Reward is sent within two weeks of lease execution.
